Mai's Kitchen Rules Cafe is a small convenience café located in the Amazing Mill Market Ballarat. They cook fresh pork belly and chicken maryland fresh daily for Vietnamese roast Rolls (Bahn Mi) or try the pork or chicken in a Steamed or Fried Rice dish. Mai's Kitchen Rules Cafe also offers toasties, hamburgers, chips and gravy, hand made dim sims, or try two fired eggs (sunny side up) on sourdough bread with butter and tomato relish and two delicious bacon rashers on the side for a late breakfast.
