Disc Golf South Coast
About Us
Disc Golf is a revitalising outdoor recreational activity enjoyed casually and at the highest professional levels world wide. It is golf played with flying discs / Frisbees, instead of clubs and balls, and there are elevated baskets to target and catch the discs. It is sometimes referred to as as frisbee golf or frolf. Disc Golf requires precision and accuracy with the object being to navigate the course from beginning to end in the fewest number of throws of the disc. The lush rolling green hills at the base of Mount Coolangatta provide the perfect location for the South Coast's first Disc Golf course. There are nine holes on the course dotted with magnificent trees, duck ponds, vineyards and stunning vistas in every direction. It has been designed by professional players with all skill levels in mind. Anyone who can navigate the course and throw a Frisbee can play. Being at Coolangatta Estate, the course is easily accessible and offers a range of other facilities for a day or overnight adventure.
