Studio Surf is an art gallery nestled within the heart of Marion Bay, Yorke Peninsula. It features artworks by owner/artist Jason Swales and other local South Australian artists. Artworks on display are a mixture of acrylics on canvas, glass art, pastel paintings and other mixed media, all inspired by the ocean, coastal scenery and the surf. Studio Surf also features a small cafe with quality coffee and fresh baked cakes, biscuits and slices. Custom designed artistic wedding, birthday and celebration cakes made to order. Open most weekends 11am to 3pm or by calling ahead. Open hours can depend on surf conditions. Call Jason ahead to arrange a time outside of normal weekend hours. Jason specialises in painting waves in acrylics on canvas or pastel, and often paints custom paintings for interested people. He can turn your favourite surf break or beach into a work of art.
