About Us

Soothe and Settle Infant massage classes are conducted by a fully qualified Early Childhood Teacher, lecturer and Certified Infant Massage Instructor. Classes run in MANLY over a four week period and can be offered in the privacy of your own home. Soothe and settle was established to provide new parents with the opportunity to spend quality time with their child while meeting other parents, and learning skills and tecniques which will be mutually beneficial for parents and their children. Soothe and settle Classes promote, amongst other things, relaxation, quality bonding time and strategies for relieving symptoms for a range of conditions such as constipation or reflux.
