About Us

We are a private speech pathology consulting practice that specialises in assessing and treating children aged 2 to 18. Our practice strongly believes in a family centered approach to service delivery where our therapists work together with parents to identify concerns and assist in the child?s development. This ensures that the child?s treatment plan is tailor made to suit their individual needs. Apart from speech therapy services directly for children and their families, we also provide information sessions for your child?s teachers & teacher aides at kindergartens and schools. We provide assessment and treatment for the following areas: Autism Asperger?s Syndrome Reading and Writing Social skills Auditory Processing Disorder Speech delay Language delay De Silva Speech Pathology is a registered member of the Federal Government?s Early Intervention Service Provider Panel. Families who are eligible for financial assistance under the Helping Children with Autism package or the Better Start for Children with Disabilities initiative can access speech pathology services from our therapists using their FaHCSIA funding.
