Macquarie University Hospital Inflammatory Bowel Diseases Services is headed by Professor Rupert Leong and focus on tailored evidence-based consultation, patient-focused care, expert endoscopic diagnosis & therapy, infusion services and coordinated multidisciplinary care relating to IBD. All of our IBD consultants are experts in caring for IBD patients and have excellent reputations based on their IBD-focused international fellowship training, PhDs / MDs focusing on IBD research, publications in peer-reviewed publications, and invitations to speak on IBD at local and international meetings.
