About Us

Dr Lydia Mowlem is a Specialist who consults at and has admitting rights to Peninsula Private Hospital. She is a trained Physician in Internal Medicine, Thoracic and Sleep Medicine and can manage a broad variety of acute, chronic and complex medical conditions. Her particular interests are in the optimal management of chronic respiratory disease with an individual personal approach taken with each patient. Dr Mowlem also conducts preoperative assessments to ensure patients are optimised prior to surgery. She completed Sleep Training at the Royal Brisbane Hospital and is trained in the management of sleep disordered breathing (including sleep apnoea) and other sleep related disorders.
