SURGICAL TREATMENT OF SKIN CANCERS UNDER LOCAL ANAESTHETIC BASS HILL SURGERY and SCC SKIN CANCER CLINIC have been providing services for more than 23 years now. We provide surgical as well as removal of skin lesions by other modalities such as liquid nitrogen and cautery. After surgical removal of skin lesions the wound is closed by various techniques such as simple closure or complex flaps or grafts for larger lesions or to achieve cosmetically better results.
