Personalised Health Care PDC Medical Victoria Park is a new general practice in East Victoria Park offering personalised service to the local community. We are a single GP practice that works collaboratively with other health providers to provide a comprehensive, holistic approach to healthcare. Our dedicated and caring GP is supported by a team of allied health professionals including Diabetes Educators, Dietitians, Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists, Pharmacists, Counsellors and Psychologists. Together we can help with a range of health issues, including: General health assistance Chronic disease management Diabetes Skin cancer Men's, women's and children's health Health assessments Palliative care Immunisations/vaccinations Mental health Minor procedures Nutrition advice Weight management PDC Medical Victoria Park is a private billing practice, however bulk billling is available to all Pensioners, Health Care Card holders and children under the age of 16. Our location is ideal for those who live or work in East Victoria Park and the surrounding suburbs, including South Perth, Victoria Park, Como, Karawara, Waterford, Bentley, Queens Park, Welshpool, Kewdale, Cloverdale and Rivervale. We are close to public transport services and there is street parking available for those who prefer to drive. Appointments are available 3 days a week, Tuesday and Friday from 9am to 5pm and Saturdays from 9am to 12pm (by appointment only).
