Peppertree Medical is a privately-owned, accredited medical practice offering a full range of health services, including health screening for all ages and stages of life, immunisations, assessment and management of chronic conditions, mental health assessments, skin checks and minor surgical procedures, along with Q Fever testing and vaccinations and employment medicals. A separate appointment must be booked for each member of your family who wishes to see the doctor to allow sufficient time to provide the best care and advice. New patients are most welcome and where possible we ask that you attend the practice to complete the necessary paperwork prior to the day of your first appointment. Our aim is, wherever possible, to have a copy of your medical history from previous care providers on file when you first attend our clinic. When booking an appointment, our receptionists endeavour to establish the appropriate amount of time for the consultation, without encroaching on your privacy. The advice you are given about expected times and costs is based on the information you give to the receptionist, but is subject to change depending on the time spent with the doctor and any additional treatment which is deemed necessary on the day. Please be aware that even though you may have booked a consultation with the expectation that it will take a certain amount of time, and cost a certain amount of money, there are times when the consultation with the doctor will take longer and therefore cost more. If you have concerns, please discuss it with the doctor at the BEGINNING of your visit. All consultations and treatments must be paid on the day as we do not issue accounts.
