About Us
Dr Juliette Koch is a highly regarded fertility specialist with extensive obstetrics and gynaecology experience. She has a warm and caring nature, and her empathetic approach makes her popular with all her patients. She has also helped many teenage girls with gynaecological concerns and has a special interest in fertility preservation particularly with women undergoing cancer treatment After graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Adelaide, Dr Koch received the highest award in Australia and New Zealand for her RANZCOG membership exams. A qualified Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, she is also one of the few fertility specialists in Australia completing the CREI qualification (Certificate in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility). She has spent seven years with the Royal Hospital for Women, and now also works with IVF Australia, as well as Prince of Wales Private Hospital and Maroubra Day Surgery, while also maintaining an academic appointment as a Conjoint Lecturer at The University of New South Wales. Dr Koch's current research includes a randomised control trial of the use of Metformin in PCOS and IVF, and she has published studies in national and international journals analysing pregnancy outcomes in twice frozen embryos and assessing the impact of a surgical skills course for RANZCOG trainees.
