Bluewhippet Art offers an art gallery, custom framing, art supplies and is the southern art studio of Darwin based Geoff Todd and Janette Lucas. Bluewhippet Art opened the 'Long Gallery' space in December 2016, a meandering light-filled corridor in the iconic 1877 Terminus Hotel in Queen street. Currently on exhibition is work from their stockroom. In the front room along side their extensive display of framing samples, they have a collection of glass, ceramics and printmaking from several artists of the Grampians region, as well as their own label bluewhippet homeware and displays of framed and unframed prints. Get creative on your holiday with artist quality sketch pads, pencils and art materials, or wander through the gallery space. Located in the historic Terminus hotel (1877) opposite KFC in Ararat, just off the Western Highway. Custom framing also available.
