Located just below the tablelands of the beautiful New England High Country, halfway between Walcha and Wauchope on the Oxley Highway, Oakbourne Cottage, Gingers Creek provides quality accommodation in a beautiful bush setting, on a well known road for motorcyclists. There are dirt bike and four wheel drive trails, as well as horse riding trails. Gingers Creek is ideal for families, couples and larger groups, with Oakbourne Cottage offering entirely self-contained accommodation, and a bunk room available for up to 28 guests. There is a licensed restaurant, and deluxe picnic hampers are available. The property is surrounded by the Doyles River State Forest, Cotton-Bimbang National Park and Werrikimbe Wilderness, and is 40 minutes from the Mooraback and Cobcroft picnic areas and walking trails.
