Originally a blacksmith shop built in 1864, Bluey Blundstone's is now a family owned business providing a range of heritage accommodation at an affordable price. Guests can choose from 3 uniquely different accommodations, each with ensuite facilities, able to sleep 2 to 4 people. We pride ourselves on providing those extra touches that ensure a memorable stay. Situated on three quarters of an acre of native gardens Blueys provides privacy and tranquillity whilst being only a short stroll to local pubs and attractions. Stepping into Bluey's is like stepping back in time. It is a great place to reconnect with family or friends around a campfire or to explore the beautiful Mount Remarkable and nearby Alligator Gorge. Bluey Blundstone's is conveniently located in the main street of Melrose in the Southern Flinders Ranges, only 270 kilometres north of Adelaide making it a great destination for a weekend away.
