4-bedrooms, sleeping up to 11 guests 4 bedrooms – (large bedroom with ensuite & television), queen, trio bunk, 2 bunks Quilts and pillows are provided for your stay, but guests will need to bring linen and towels. The master bedroom has an ensuite ; another bathroom with a bath, shower & toilet. Reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning throughout, ceiling fans in queen bedrooms and lounge room, pedestal fan in the children’s retreat/games room. The kitchen has everything needed, a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, rain water and electric stove. Nespresso coffee machine bring pods to use. Plenty of seating with a large lounge and bean bags, there is a television with USB port, DVD player, board games and books; plus, a PlayStation console with a large selection of games. A top load washing machine, clothes dryer and a second fridge for food & drink (no bait). An enclosed outdoor kitchen is well equipped for any barbeque or outdoor entertaining with a sink, hooded gas barbecue & Weber barbecue. Off-street parking for up to 2 vehicles with room for a boat.
