About Us

Robertson Yurt/Roundhouse is unique, rustic and natural. A large, 8.4 metre (with two annexes) Western Red Cedar, Yurt/Roundhouse which is a permanent home built by Yurtworks. There is one queen bed in the bedroom, and two single fold out beds available for the lounge room. There is a wood heater to warm the Yurt, and for you to stare into and be warmed. Relax inside whilst watching the natural world outside the north facing windows or sit on an old church pew on the front veranda annex, or on the veranda of the sunroom annex and enjoy the ambience of this very unique Yurt in a mystical environment. Look up to the beautiful timber ceiling and watch as day turns into night through the many glass windows in the cupola. Khangai has been lovingly created with total environmental awareness and will continue to be nurtured naturally. Come, relax in a beautiful environment.
