The Polish Place (accommodation, restaurant and gallery) is located on the western escarpment of Tamborine Mountain facing beautiful views to The Great Dividing Range. It is only 45 minutes from the Gold Coast and a one hour drive from Brisbane. It consists of five chalet style accommodation. All chalets feature a kitchen with all facilities, spacious dining/lounge room area with wood log fireplace and spa bath, large balcony with beautiful views to The Great Dividing Range. On the upper level there is a bathroom and bedroom with a queen size bed . All chalets have free wi-fi and a smart colour television. There is also a free parking area. Hosts Phil and Ania Sowter invite you to experience the unique atmosphere, authentic traditional Polish cuisine like Pierogi (Polish Dumplings), Bigos, Pork Hocks and their famous Duck with cherries and apples. Their menu includes a selection of Polish vodkas and beers in their licensed multi award winning restaurant. (The Polish Place restaurant is currently under construction and is due to reopen later in 2018). The Polish Art Gallery is famous for its Amber jewellery, Polish folk art and Polish fine art.
