Mill House is a self contained modern three bedroom home with barbeque, lockup garage and two fully fenced courtyards. This spacious home provides the perfect location for your family getaway with room for all. Everything that is needed for a stress free holiday is right at your fingertips. There are reverse cycle air-conditioners fitted into the bedrooms, to make your stay more comfortable all year round. There is two bathrooms, one with a bath to soak and relax in. The lounge room has a full size lounge suite, television and DVD player. Reverse cycle air-conditioning heats and cools the lounge, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, full stove and oven and electric fry-pan. Outside you have two courtyards, a barbeque area in one and the other comes off the large third bedroom and is perfect for the kids' own retreat. Bedroom one has a queen bed, ensuite, television and DVD player, bedroom two has a king size bed, which can split into two large single beds and bedroom three has two sets of single bunk beds as well as two trundle beds, two couches, a television and a DVD player.
