Only a short 10 minute drive to the white sand beaches of Jervis Bay and the Vincentia Marketplace shopping centre. Around the corner Sanctuary Point village offers basic amenities including IGA, post office and cafes. Upon entering the home, you are greeted with an open living and dining room which boasts high raked ceilings. The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, upright oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and large pantry. The double storey home has four bedrooms, three with built in robes. A concrete driveway has side access to the fully fenced backyard and single lock up garage. This property is suitable for pets, however you will need to ensure your four-legged family member has been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival.
