Located high on the hill near beautiful Cocora Beach and with stunning views of Twofold Bay, this beach side house sleeps eight. The house is situated in one of the most sought after locations in Eden. The main level of this four bedroom three bathroom house has flat access from the car parking area and a huge verandah spanning the front of the house providing beautiful views of the bay. There are two bedrooms on the main level. The main bedroom has a king bed and ensuite access to the main bathroom. The second bedroom is across the hall and has two single beds (perfect for children). The house boasts a large kitchen with all the modern facilities (for example dishwasher and coffee pod machine). The dining table seats eight comfortably and the kitchen/family area is also home to both reverse cycle air-conditioning and a wood heater. There is a laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer and a fourth toilet. You can also make use of the cot and high chair. Not only are the views spectacular from the huge front veranda, but it is the perfect spot for outdoor entertaining as there is an outdoor seating and a barbecue.
