Situated at the stunning Pelican foreshore, you will be holidaying at one of Lake Macquarie's most popular tourist spots. Enjoy quiet strolls along the sparkling water's edge, attend the local Farmers Markets or enjoy the lovely children's playground and public Barbecue spots. There are some great sandy swimming spots, you can even launch your boat at the boat ramp. The home is a delightfully welcoming cottage. As soon as you open the door to the Broken Oar, you will feel instantly on holiday! The charming lounge room has both new air conditioning installed and a smart television, so you can enjoy endless movies on quiet evenings. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has king single bunk beds. The bathroom comes with a bath, just right for soaking sandy kids in before bed. A full laundry is also included. The garden is flat and fully fenced. There are colourful flowers pots and the whole area is magically illuminated at night time by hundreds of fairy lights. There is plenty of room to park your boat in the wide, clear driveway.
