This is a small rural property formerly used for training sport horses , the stable barn has been converted in to a fully self contained two bedroom loft apartment above with covered parking for two vehicles below. It accommodates four people comfortably but can accommodate six. The main bedroom has a king size bed with two long singles in the second bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge room. There is a full kitchen with all modern appliances , an open plan lounge dining room and a deck overlooking the surrounding paddocks and trees. There is free Wifi and high quality smart televisions in the lounge room and main bedroom and a barbecue located on the deck for those summer evenings. The property is over the road from the renowned Mogo Zoo and minutes from the nearest beaches IGA supermarket and Mogo Village. Also close by are the larger shopping precincts of Batemans Bay and Moruya.
