Originally CBC Bed and Breakfast was the Paterson Branch of the Commercial Banking Co. of Sydney. The elegant building has changed very little as they have aimed to keep its beauty and historical elements while maintaining a comfortable feel. The picturesque village of Paterson, in the Hunter Valley is the perfect setting for a celebration of marriage. At the Café of CBC Bed and Breakfast, intimate wedding groups of up to forty guests can be catered for. In addition they can accommodate twelve visitors comfortably in six luxury period style bedrooms each with en suite. Today, the luxurious country retreat is surrounded by beautiful late nineteenth century architecture including high ornate ceilings and their unique patterns so typical of that particular period. The simply exquisite interior of the renovated CBC is heaven for anyone passionate about Australia's history, buildings and architecture. CBC is also a member of the Bed and Breakfast and Farmstay Association of NSW and ACT Australia, which assures top quality accommodation.
