The main living area is upstairs with full kitchen. Several other entertainment areas include: inside dining for 10 guests, front entertainment deck with outdoor dining setting, downstairs private courtyard with stainless steel barbecue and outdoor setting. Back grassed garden with picnic dining setting with fenced swimming pool. All garden, outside areas are fully fenced for family safety. The property is set on the Tomaree peninsula, at the foot of the Tomaree mountain, just a three minute walk to Shoal Bay swimming beach and 10 minutes to your choice of three surf beaches - the area is renowned for great surfing.
