About Us

Annie's Bed and Breakfast is a beautiful self-contained private studio set in four acres of native trees overlooking Armidale. The Studio is separated from the main house by the in-ground swimming pool (heated during the warmer months). The Studio sleeps up to three (queen-size bed and a sofa bed) and offers superb mountain views plus complete privacy on your patio. Just eight minutes from city centre and 10 minutes from the University of New England. When you're not taking in all that the New England region has to offer, relax and unwind in your modern Studio apartment. Enjoy free internet access, music, and a selection of movies on the in-room iPad and wall mounted LED flat screen television. First night includes complimentary breakfast.
