Canberra Avenue Villas is a unique, comfortable and affordable 19 villa accommodation complex in the heart of Queanbeyan, only one block from the shops. Each villa is self-contained and is popular with short and long stay guests. Shops, cafes, restaurants, clubs, and town amenities, are all within easy walking distance. The villas are self contained and enable visitors to live independently, while away from home. Single, Double and Twin Rooms are all provided. There is a guest laundry, large outdoor areas and plenty of room to park near your room. All parking is free. The villas are well maintained, have recently been refurbished and contain new kitchens. Weekly rates are available for guests who are required to work in Canberra on a temporary basis. For weekly rates you need to contact the office as they are subject to availability and other conditions. Queanbeyan is located on Canberra's doorstep and is closer to the city centre, than many suburbs. All of Canberra’s major attractions such as Parliament House, War Memorial and National Gallery, are within 12 to 15 minutes’ drive.
