Avalon A is situated in the second row at Simms Cove, Moonta Bay; just a short walk from the beach. Each side of these duplex properties are of executive standard and have everything you would expect from a quality property. With four bedrooms (king bedroom with ensuite and double shower, queen, queen, and two king singles), Avalon A sleeps up to eight guests. Avalon A has two bathrooms, both with baths and one is an ensuite. Avalon A has two separate lounge areas both with plasma screen televisions. The large central combined kitchen, dining and lounge room has reverse cycle ducted air conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher and second fridge/freezer. The two car garage is available for guest use, providing secure parking with remote entry. Avalon A has two outdoor seating areas, one with sea views from the front balcony. The rear yard is secure and has a lawn area.
