Mount Ive station is your chance for an outback adventure in South Australia. Offering camping (powered and unpowered), 18 shearing quarters rooms, 3 stone rooms as well as a luxury small hut. We also provide exclusive, private access to the beautiful pristine Lake Gairdner, with its white salt bed nestled into the contrasting red sand and rock hills, is like nothing you've ever seen. The absence of any intrusions into the landscape can reward visitors with scenery and a wilderness experience of the highest quality. With buildings full of history, scenic sights and 4x4 tracks, there will be lots to keep you busy during your stay. Historic Landmarks, buildings, fences and equipment remain on the station and can be spotted as you drive some of the interesting station tracks or walk around the outbuildings of the homestead. The Flight Path offers a great trip around the station with secluded rest areas and lookouts and takes in some of the great flora and fauna that exists here.
