This property is just a hop, skip and jump across the road to the white sands of Collingwood Beach or just a short stroll down to Moona Moona Creek for those seeking a child friendly swimming spot. The house has everything you will need to enjoy a weekend or a week away. Fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms all with built in wardrobes, four pedestal fans, bathroom with separate bath and shower, two toilets, large covered entertaining area with a table tennis table. Also a gas barbecue and a large fully fenced yard providing a secure place for the kids to play. A second lounge room provides room to spread out and relax with toys, games, books and DVD's to keep everyone entertained. There is a port-a-cot, child safety gate and booster chair available so not too much to pack for the little ones.
