Centro Medical Centre is a privately owned practice, which is conveniently located at the Galleria shopping centre in Morley WA, approximately 18km from Perth CBD, and has been servicing the health needs of Morley and the surrounding communities for over 15 years, and is close to public transport. The practice operates 6 days a week and offers mixed billing. Allied health services, including Pathology and are all available on site for the convenience of our patients. There is free parking on site and disabled facilities are available. Centro Medical Centre offers a diverse range of quality services through a team care approach and tailoring billing practices to suit the needs of the community & to meet the needs of our patients. We have numerous physicians who are all available by consultation, and we also have Practice Nurses who are available Monday to Friday to provide care and assist the physicians. For your convenience Pathology is located on site. We are passionate about chronic disease management and care, our goals focus on providing support for preventative health care including promotion of healthy lifestyles, educating our patients, addressing risk factors and lifestyle modification and improving early detection and management of chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, respiratory disease, mental illness, asthma and more. New patients undergo a comprehensive health check-up on their first visit to the practice, during which potential health risks are identified and appropriate screening recommendations are made. Centro Medical Centre is passionate about providing patient centred care which involves all members of our health care team.
