The dynamic team practicing from Medical Hub @ RMIT offers a breadth of expertise and up-to-date skills, combined with a high level of quality care. The services offered support a holistic approach to managing healthcare, which are sensitive to the individual needs of our local and wider community, including the students and staff of RMIT. It is through innovative processes and systems, in a state-of-the-art facility, that we are able to provide a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment which enables confidential, sensitive, private and emotionally connected care. Our team is responsive to community needs and appreciate feedback on our continuous quality improvement. Mixed, Bulk billing (No out of pocket fee) is available for to RMIT students and staff with current Medicare eligibility, children aged under 16 years, concession card holders (ie. Health Care card or Pension Card holders) and Department of Veteran Affairs card holders. Direct Billing (no out of pocket fee) is available for ALL International Students with current OSHC Insurance. Students must bring their Student card and OSHC Card to every appointment for eligibility purposes only. Please ensure you bring your Medicare card, concession card, RMIT student/staff card or Private Health Insurance card to every consultation. Photo ID is required for all new patients. A minimum 2 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment without triggering a fee of $20.
